Befriend the three Legendary Beasts (Raikou, Entei, Suicune) to unlock Lugia. Befriend the three Legendary Birds (Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres) to unlock Ho-Oh. Collect all 30 Mysterious Slates for Mew.
